How to complete your Guest Information Form
What this is for
To prepare for your expedition micro cruise, each guest must complete the Guest Information Form and upload the required travel document(s) in our expedition portal.
Before you start, please have:
Your Booking ID (from our confirmation email).
The lead guest’s surname (exactly as per booking; no spaces or special characters).
Your passport details (number, country of issue, issue date, and expiry date).
Emergency contact details.
Any dietary/medical information we should be aware of.
Travel arrangements details (Flight information, accomodation details etc)
Deadline: The Guest Information Form must be completed at least 40 days before your voyage begins.

Step‑by‑step
Step 1 — Access the expedition portal
Access https://book.secretatlas.com/my-booking and insert your Booking ID code (this is the booking reference sent to you by email) and your Surname (without spaces or special characters)
Step 2 — Open “Guest Details”
Once logged in, select “Guest Details”.
Step 3 — Select your name and click “Edit”
On the Guests page, find your name and click “Edit” to open the Guest Information Form.
Step 4 — Complete your personal details
Fill in the required fields. Greyed‑out fields can’t be edited—if you spot an error, contact us.
Step 5 — Complete each section
Work through the sections (Emergency Contact, Flight Information, Accommodation, Dietary & Medical, Clothing & Gear, etc.). Expand a section to edit it.
Step 6 — Upload required documents
Scroll to “Guest Documents” and add the requested travel document(s).
Step 7 — Add your passport details
Choose “Passport” and enter your passport details exactly as shown in your passport.
Step 8 — Confirm and save
Tick the declaration and click “Save Changes”.
